Processing and Shipping

• Each print is hand-signed and numbered. Once a limited edition has sold out, it will no longer be available and not be restocked. 
• Each order incurs a flat shipping fee based on your location that does not increase with multiple items
• All purchases are processed via Australia Post, Economy Air
• Orders within Australia have tracking included
• International orders do not not come with Tracking
  
• If you would like Express/Expedited shipping or Tracking/Signature on Delivery, please contact me directly.
• International shipping rates vary according to the Australia Post Economy Air International Service rates

Packaging and Handling

• Prints are rolled up in a protective sheet and shipped in a postage tube.
• If you would like an alternative postage method to the above, please contact me directly.

Delivery

• Please allow up to 5 business days for the purchases to be processed and prints to be prepared, packaged and shipped. (Public Holidays and Holiday Seasons may also have further delays)
• Delivery times are subject to your location; allow for an additional 5-10 business working days for arrival.

Returns and Refunds

• If the prints have arrived damaged or unsatisfactorily, please contact me directly.
• If you are unhappy with your purchase and seek a refund, full refunds may be processed, but only once the item is shipped back and received. Cost of return shipping is at the buyer's expense
